REFUND POLICY

At GJones Club, we are committed to delivering premium-quality fashion products and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, product integrity, and customer satisfaction.

Please review our refund and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

  1. ALL SALES FINAL

Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, all sales made through GJones Club are considered final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Worn items;
  • Used items;
  • Washed items;
  • Altered items;
  • Sale or clearance items;
  • Accessories;
  • Gift cards;
  • Items returned without authorization.
  1. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To request assistance, customers must provide:

  • Order number;
  • Clear photographs of the item;
  • Photographs of the packaging;
  • A description of the issue.

Claims submitted after the required timeframe may not qualify for review or resolution.

If approved after inspection, GJones Club may, at its sole discretion:

  • Replace the item;
  • Issue store credit;
  • Provide a partial or full refund.
  1. NON-RETURNABLE CONDITIONS

For hygiene and security reasons, returned merchandise will not be accepted if:

  • Tags have been removed;
  • The item shows signs of wear, washing, odor, stains, damage, or alteration;
  • The item was not purchased directly from GJones Club;
  • The return request violates this policy.
  1. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled before they enter processing or shipment stages.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

GJones Club reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests at our discretion.

  1. SHIPPING COSTS

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers may be responsible for shipping costs associated with approved resolutions where applicable.

  1. REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If an order is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for:

  • Original shipping charges;
  • Return shipping fees;
  • Carrier handling fees;
  • Any applicable customs or duty charges.
  1. FRAUD PREVENTION

GJones Club reserves the right to deny refund requests suspected of fraud, abuse, chargeback manipulation, excessive return activity, or policy violations.

We reserve the right to investigate suspicious claims and may request additional verification before approving any resolution.

  1. PRODUCT REPRESENTATION

We make every effort to display product colors, textures, and details as accurately as possible. However, actual product appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, monitor settings, and manufacturing variations.

Minor differences in color tone, stitching, texture, or hardware finish shall not be considered defects.
