RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At GJones Club, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of luxury fashion quality, hygiene, authenticity, and customer experience.
Please carefully review the following Return & Exchange Policy before making a purchase.
- RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Eligible merchandise purchased directly from GJones Club may be returned within:
- 14 days of delivery for online orders;
- 14 days from purchase date for in-store purchases.
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered;
- Be in original condition;
- Have all original tags attached;
- Include original packaging, accessories, dust bags, and components;
- Be free of stains, odors, damage, perfume, smoke, deodorant marks, makeup, pet hair, or signs of wear;
- Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
GJones Club reserves the right to deny any return that does not fully comply with these conditions.
- NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- Sale or clearance items;
- Accessories;
- Jewelry;
- Beauty products;
- Gift cards;
- Customized or personalized products;
- Limited-edition releases;
- Items marked “Final Sale”;
- Worn or damaged merchandise;
- Items returned without authorization.
For hygiene and security reasons, exceptions will not be made.
- ONLINE RETURNS
To request a return for an online purchase, customers must contact GJones Club customer support within the eligible return period.
Return authorization must be approved before merchandise is shipped back.
Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to sender at the customer’s expense.
Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned merchandise to prevent transit damage.
GJones Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged return shipments.
- IN-STORE RETURNS
Approved eligible returns may be brought to the following boutique location:

Customers must present:
- Original proof of purchase;
- Original payment method where applicable;
- Merchandise in fully compliant return condition.
Store staff reserve the right to inspect and refuse any return that does not meet policy requirements.
- EXCHANGES
Exchanges are subject to merchandise availability.
Exchange requests must meet all eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.
GJones Club reserves the right to refuse exchanges at its discretion where signs of wear, misuse, policy abuse, or fraudulent activity are detected.
- REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment only.
Refund processing typically requires approximately 7–10 business days after the returned merchandise has been received, inspected, and approved.
Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs fees, and other non-product charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
GJones Club reserves the right to issue store credit instead of refunds in certain circumstances, including suspected abuse or excessive return activity.
- GIFT RETURNS
Gift items may be eligible for exchange or store credit only.
Refunds for gifted items can only be issued to the original purchaser and original payment method used during the transaction.
- DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Customers must notify GJones Club within 48 hours of delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Claims submitted after this timeframe may not qualify for review.
Customers may be required to provide:
- Photographs of the merchandise;
- Photographs of packaging materials;
- Order information;
- Additional verification information.
GJones Club reserves the right to determine whether a product issue qualifies for replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.
- FRAUD PREVENTION & POLICY ABUSE
To protect the integrity of our brand and customers, GJones Club actively monitors return activity.
We reserve the right to refuse returns, exchanges, refunds, or future transactions where we identify:
- Excessive return activity;
- Wardrobing or temporary use;
- Fraudulent claims;
- Chargeback abuse;
- Policy manipulation;
- Resale activity;
- Suspicious transaction behavior.
Returned merchandise may undergo detailed inspection before approval.
- SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved by GJones Club.
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service for all returns.
GJones Club is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged during transit.
- RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
GJones Club reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, refund request, or transaction that does not comply with this policy or is believed to involve misuse, fraud, or unauthorized activity.
